He developed the first auto tri-wheeler in 1978 and has facilitated mobility for hundreds of mobility impaired persons. He has participated in rallies across India to popularize the tri-cycle and has designed over 50 versions to meet the needs of the differently abled. Currently, he is working on a folding tri-cycle.

He was visually impaired at the age of 3 because of an eye disease. He is 31 years old, lives in Mumbai and works in the field of developing new software for the disabled and underprivileged. He has become an achiever in his field so much so that the Brazilian and Malaysian governments have sought his help for such software. He runs his own company, ‘Compact Software Solutions’ and works relentlessly to spread computer technology among disabled students across India.
